"My journey with Alchemy Bartending School began in 2018 when I was working as a bartender at the Alexander the Great Hotel in Paphos. Feeling embarrassed by my lack of knowledge about cocktail recipes, I decided to enroll in the Bartender Level 1 and Advanced Mixology Courses with the talented Costas Nicolaides.
Alchemy's expert instruction instilled in me not only the knowledge but also the confidence I needed to excel in the bartending industry. Their comprehensive curriculum covered everything from classic cocktails to advanced mixology techniques.

HRDA and IBA approved International Bartendending Trainer. Costas represented Cyprus in many international competitions around the world and took 2nd place in Finlandia World Cup. His main focus now is on providing bar seminars and consulting services to hotels and businesses in the hospitality industry.
Costas Nicolaides is a celebrated bartender and entrepreneur from Cyprus, known for his dynamic transformation from a reserved youth to a confident industry leader. Raised under strict discipline, Costas found his calling behind the bar of a hotel at the age of 14, a job that allowed him to reinvent his identity and discover his passion for bartending. He later honed his skills in Germany, where he studied hotel management and mastered the unique integration of botanology, aromatherapy, and perfumery into his craft.
Despite facing substantial challenges, including a failed business venture that resulted in significant financial loss, Costas’s unwavering determination led him to establish a renowned bartending school. His educational journey, marked by initial struggles, eventually set the foundation for a successful institution known internationally for its excellence in hospitality training.
Today, Costas Nicolaides is a symbol of perseverance and continuous learning. Having secured multiple accolades, including second place in the Finlandia World Cup, he dedicates his time to providing seminars and consulting services to the hospitality industry.
